Product Authenticity

At Vellura Jewelry, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to this artisanal process, slight variations in color, size, or detailing may occur. These nuances are a hallmark of true craftsmanship and make each creation uniquely yours.

Please note that product images are for reference only. Display settings and lighting may cause minor differences in appearance.

Returns & Exchanges:

We maintain a strict quality control process to ensure excellence. However, in the rare case of an issue:

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is damaged or incorrect
Requests must be made within 8 hours of delivery
Items must be unused and in original packaging

Once approved, we will arrange a return and offer:

A replacement (subject to availability), or
Store credit for future purchases

Vellura Jewelry reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds:

All approved refunds are issued in the form of store credit.

Refunds apply only in the following cases:

Damaged or defective items
Incorrect product received
Lost shipments

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind 
Minor variations in design or color

Pakistan Delivery: 3–5 working days (in-stock items)

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Order Cancellation :    

 Orders may be canceled within a limited time after placement
Made-to-order pieces canceled after 24 hours are eligible for 80% store credit:
